• Payment information — billing details processed through our payment partners (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

We also collect information automatically, such as:

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps).
• Device information (operating system, screen resolution).
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you signed in and understand usage patterns.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve qlilp.
• Process transactions and send related notifications.
• Send administrative messages (password resets, account alerts).

By using qlilp your organization may send communications (email or SMS) to members through the platform. Every such communication includes an unsubscribe mechanism. You may also opt out at any time by visiting http://qlilp.com/unsubscribe or by replying STOP to any SMS message we send.

Opt-outs are honored within 24 hours and applied globally across all messaging channels (email and SMS).

Transactional messages — such as password resets or payment confirmations — may still be sent regardless of your marketing opt-out status, as they are required for the operation of your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers — third-party companies that perform services on our behalf (hosting, payments, email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of qlilp, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Organization data is retained for a minimum of one year following account closure to support any legal or compliance requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) in transit and at rest for sensitive data. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use session cookies to authenticate users. A session cookie is strictly necessary for the application to function and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

qlilp is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
