Your Account
Everything about signing up, logging in, and keeping your profile up to date.
Creating an Account
- Go to the platform's website and click Get Started, or navigate directly to
/register. - Fill in your details:
- First name and last name
- Email address — this becomes your login
- Password — must be at least 8 characters
- Click Create Account.
- Check your email inbox for a 6-digit verification code. It usually arrives within a minute.
- Type the code into the box on the verification screen and click Verify.
Didn't receive the code? Check your spam folder. If it's not there, click Resend Code and wait a moment.
Logging In
- Go to
/login. - Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign In.
Two-Step Verification
For your security, the app sends a 6-digit code to your email each time you log in (unless you've trusted that device before).
- Enter the code from your email.
- Click Verify.
Want to skip this step next time on your device? Check Remember this device for 30 days before verifying. You won't be asked for a code on that device for 30 days.
The code expires after 10 minutes. If it expires, click Resend Code.
Choosing Your Organization
If your account belongs to more than one organization, you'll see a screen asking which one to open. Click the organization name to continue.
You can switch organizations at any time — see Switching Organizations below.
Your Profile Page
Click your avatar (top-right corner) → Profile, or go to /profile.
Updating Your Name and Phone
- Find the Personal Information section.
- Edit your first name, last name, or phone number.
- If you want to receive text messages from your organization, check Opt in to SMS notifications.
- Click Save Changes.
Your email address cannot be changed here. Contact your admin if you need to update it.
Changing Your Password
- Scroll to the Change Password section.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- The strength meter shows your password quality across four checks: length, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Click Update Password.
Changing your password logs out all your other devices automatically.
Switching Organizations
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Click Switch Organization.
- Choose the organization you want to open.
Logging Out
Click your avatar → Log Out.
Forgot Your Password?
- Go to
/loginand click Forgot password? - Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Open the email and click the Reset Password link.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click Reset Password.
The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it expires, request a new one.
Accepting an Invitation
If an admin invited you to join an organization:
- Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation.
- If you already have an account, log in. Otherwise, create one first.
- After logging in, you'll be automatically added to the organization.
Invitation links expire after 7 days. Ask your admin to resend if yours expired.
Frequently Asked Questions
I verified my email but the app still shows me as unverified. Try logging out and back in. If the problem continues, contact your admin.
Can I use the same email for two organizations? Yes — one account can belong to multiple organizations. Use the organization switcher to move between them.
I'm locked out of my account. Contact your organization admin. They can unlock your account from the Settings page.
